The managing member of the McShane Law Firm, PLLC is Joanne McShane, Attorney at Law. Ms. McShane is most recently a former Staff Attorney with Legal Aid in Broward. She worked in the Homeless Legal Rights Project representing homeless clients, clients in transitional housing and those clients who were fortunate enough to become formerly homeless. The McShane Law Firm, PLLC was established with the mindset of providing Affordable Legal Services to everyone. Ms. McShane prides herself on providing her clients with personal attention. All aspects of your legal concerns will be evaluated and assistance will be provided if at all possible. Ms. McShane can meet with you at the downtown office or, in some cases if there is a need, Ms. McShane can meet with you near your home.
